KIROS Music LLC

License Agreement

Effective September 25, 2026

This agreement is between KIROS Music LLC ("KIROS") and you, the person or organization whose account downloads a track (the "Licensee"). It applies to every track you download from the KIROS subscriber catalog.

1. The license

For each track you download while your subscription is active, KIROS grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use that track in your projects, as described below. Perpetual means the license does not end when your subscription does. Tracks you download after you cancel are not covered.

2. Where you can use it

• Church services, worship gatherings, events and conferences, in person or livestreamed.
• Sermons, sermon clips, devotionals and podcasts.
• Online video on any platform, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Vimeo, on monetized channels too.
• Websites, apps, presentations and slideshows.
• Ads on social media for your own church, ministry or business.
• Work for a client. You can use a track in a project you make for a client, and the client can use that finished project. The client does not get a separate license to the track itself.

3. What needs a separate license

These uses are not covered by a subscription. Emaillicense@kirosmusic.com and we will quote them individually.

• Broadcast television, radio or cable.
• Feature films, and films or series distributed by a streaming service or sold or rented to viewers.
• Video games.
• Advertising campaigns for a brand other than your own organization, outside the client work allowed in section 2.

4. What you may not do

• Sell, share, give away or upload a track on its own, or as the main part of any music product such as a streaming release, sample pack or stock music library.
• Release a track, or a remix, edit or cover of it, as your own music.
• Register a track, or any project that uses one, with YouTube Content ID or any other audio fingerprinting service.
• Use a track to train, fine-tune or evaluate an AI model.
• Use a track in content that is unlawful or defamatory, or that promotes hatred or violence.
• Claim that you wrote or own a track.

5. Credit

Credit is not required. If you want to give it, use: Music: [track title] by [artist], KIROS Music.

6. Copyright claims

KIROS does not register its catalog with Content ID. If a video that uses a licensed track still receives a claim, emaillicense@kirosmusic.com with the link and we will help clear it. The download history in your account is your record of each license.

7. How the music is made

Some tracks in the catalog are produced with AI-assisted music tools, used under commercial licenses and directed by the credited artist. KIROS holds the rights it needs to grant this license for every track in the subscriber catalog. Copyright law is still settling on how far AI-assisted recordings are protected. That question affects KIROS's ability to act against people who copy the catalog, not your right to use a track under this agreement.

8. Our promise and its limits

KIROS confirms it has the right to grant this license. If someone claims that your licensed use of a track infringes their rights, tell us promptly. We will work to resolve it, and if a track has to come down we will help you replace it. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Who the license covers

The license belongs to the Licensee and cannot be transferred. A license held by an organization covers its staff and volunteers working on that organization's projects.

10. Ending the license

If you materially break section 4, KIROS may end your license for the tracks involved by emailing you. Otherwise your licenses last for good.
